How can I get to Israel?
Getting to Israel is easy! There are flights available to Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) from most major cities around the world. It is recommended to book your flight early and make sure you have a valid passport with at least six months validity left on it before flying.
There are many websites that offer great deals on flights to Israel. Some of these include Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity, and Kayak. You can also check out the airline’s own websites for tickets directly from them. Be sure to shop around and compare prices before booking your flight to get the best deal!
Would you be able to arrange extra nights at the hotel prior to the tour, if we choose to arrive a few days early?
Yes, we can absolutely accommodate early arrivals. During the registration process, you have the option to select 1 or 2 pre-arrival days, which will be at the Leonardo Gordon Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv. Additionally, you may choose 1 or 2 post-stay days at the Leonardo Gordon Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv following the conclusion of the tour. This allows you the flexibility to extend your experience and explore more of what Israel has to offer at your leisure.
What happens if there are unexpected events like security issues or flight cancellations?
At Lev HaOlam, your safety is our top priority. If something unexpected happens—like a war situation, significant security threats, flight cancellations, or airport closures—that makes it unsafe or impossible for us to run the tour, don't worry! We’ll give you a full refund without any extra charges. Your well-being always comes first with us.
I want to bring kids to this tour, is it possible?
While we do not recommend bringing small children on the tour due to its nature, we welcome children aged 12 and above. We believe individuals within this age range will be able to fully engage with and appreciate the experiences offered throughout the tour.
What is the physical fitness level required?
Participants must be prepared to handle a lot of walking and other activities that require physical exertion.
Those who have a medical condition that could interfere with their ability to participate should consult with their doctor before signing up for the tour.
